Why I flew with ULF in the last EMP-UNI War

I believe that we live in a time of free moving independent people. Each is jealous of their own pride and touchy about things that everyone is touchy about. There are always those who want to be thought big men, who want to cross the verse with great strides, to be pointed out and be looked up to. The trouble is that not everyone has what it takes.

I am not one of those sorts. I know who I am and I don't need the recognition of others to validate my existence. With a good ship and few credits in my pockets, I have the luxury of taking work when I want and for who I want.
